Can't play games on windows live messenger?

My girlfriend who lives in thailand and uses a wireless conn.

we can't play games on windows live, we tried reinstalling but it doesn't work.

She gets the error "Windows Live Messenger is currently unable to start this program. Please try again later." when she is invited and " 'the list of activities or games is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" when she tries to invite me.

can anyone help us out please??

try downloading activeX again from the internet it worked for me
