Signin into yr hotmail account from windows live messenger.

Get into yr inbox and click on opyion which is present on the top right hand side.Then click mobile settings from the page which follows. Then u will see sign up mobile account and confirm mobile account. first click signup mobile acct and fill yr details and then confirm yr account.

Note: each message u receive on yr mobile is charged.
