Ok, so I have Windows Live Messenger, and I want to know how to get an Automatic Message? All of my friends have them and I want to know what you have to do to get them.

I use Live Messenger every day and haven't seen the automatic message feature that you've described. There is a personal message feature that allows you to put in any text you want all of your contacts to view. The personal message can be changed by clicking Tools: Options and entering the text in the Personal Message box. Or, directly under your login name, there is a small box. You can type your personal message in this box, and then press Enter. The personal message can be changed as often as you'd like.
